Returns Policy
Your Rights Under the ECT Act
Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, consumers are entitled to the following rights when purchasing goods online:
- 7 days after delivery to return goods
- For any reason — no justification needed
- Without penalty
- The consumer must pay the costs to return the goods

Package securely and ship to the provided address with RA number clearly marked

Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Warranty & Defective Products
All hardware products come with manufacturer warranties. If you receive a defective product:
- •Contact us immediately with photos/videos of the defect
- •We'll arrange for replacement or repair at no cost to you
- •Shipping costs for warranty returns are covered by us
- •Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period
