  • Local shipping within South Africa: flat rate of R250
  • International shipping is calculated based on weight and destination
  • Bulk orders may qualify for discounted shipping rates

Returns Policy

Your Rights Under the ECT Act

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, consumers are entitled to the following rights when purchasing goods online:

  • 7 days after delivery to return goods
  • For any reason — no justification needed
  • Without penalty
  • The consumer must pay the costs to return the goods

How to Return

    Get Authorization

    We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions

    Ship the Item

    Package securely and ship to the provided address with RA number clearly marked

    Receive Refund

    Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty & Defective Products

All hardware products come with manufacturer warranties. If you receive a defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos/videos of the defect
  • We'll arrange for replacement or repair at no cost to you
  • Shipping costs for warranty returns are covered by us
  • Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period
